General Terms:
- Sign-Up Bonus: Earn a one-time sign-up bonus when you register.
- Earning & Redemption: Points can be earned and redeemed both in-store and on our website.
- Point Value: 1 OF Coin = 1 Rupee.
- Sale Periods: No points can be earned or redeemed during sale periods.
- Point Credit: Points will be credited within 24 hours of completing your purchase.
- Point Validity: Earned OF points are valid for 1 year from the date they are credited.
In-Store Purchases:
- If you exchange any items, the OF Coins earned on those specific products will be canceled.
Website Purchases:
- Points are awarded on prepaid and fully paid COD orders only.
- No points will be earned if a COD shipment is refused on delivery.
- OF Coins earned on any returned or exchanged items will be canceled.
